Acceptable Use

You agree to use PDF Merge Toolkit only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Uploading illegal, malicious, or copyright-infringing content
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service beyond fair usage
Re-selling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Service without permission
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or terminate access for any account or user who violates these terms without prior notice.

File Size & Rate Limits

To ensure a fast, fair experience for all users, the following limits apply:

Max File Size

20 MB per file upload. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected.

Rate Limit

30 requests per minute per IP address to prevent abuse and protect service stability.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design elements of PDF Merge Toolkit are the exclusive property of PDF Merge Toolkit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any files you upload and process through the Service
By uploading a file you grant us a temporary, limited licence solely to process and return it to you
We claim no ownership over your documents, data, or processed output

Limitation of Liability

PDF Merge Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Merge Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, service interruptions, or loss of profits.

Important: Always keep backups of your original files before using any online processing tool. We strongly recommend retaining a copy of every document you upload.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. We do not collect personal information, do not use tracking cookies, and do not store your files after processing is complete.
